1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Vibe Cohort public website, inquiries submitted through it, and general studio communications. Vibe Cohort LLC is responsible for the personal information described here.
Our portfolio products may collect different information to provide their features. A product's own privacy policy governs that product and takes precedence where it provides more specific information.
2. Information we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, company name, project details, and any other information you choose to provide. We also retain our communications with you.
Our hosting and security providers may automatically process basic technical data, such as IP address, browser and device information, request time, requested pages, and security logs, to deliver and protect the website.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate and deliver potential projects, operate and secure the website, maintain business records, comply with law, enforce our agreements, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information or use the studio contact form for unrelated advertising.
4. Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to take steps at your request or perform a contract, pursue legitimate interests such as responding to prospective clients and securing our services, comply with legal obligations, or act with your consent. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis, without affecting earlier processing.
5. Service providers and disclosures
We may share information with providers that support website hosting, form storage, email delivery, security, professional advice, and other business operations. They receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their services.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a merger or sale, or with your direction. We do not disclose your contact-form information to portfolio companies for unrelated purposes.
6. Paddle and payment information
When a product purchase is processed by Paddle, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and independently handles payment details, billing information, tax, fraud prevention, receipts, and refunds. Paddle's own privacy notice governs its processing. Vibe Cohort may receive transaction and customer information needed to provide the purchased product and support the account, but does not receive complete payment-card details.
7. Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including follow-up on inquiries, active client relationships, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. International processing
We and our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and honor rights provided by applicable law.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain processing. You may also have the right to complain to your local privacy regulator.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
10. Children
This studio website is intended for business and general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the contact form.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our practices or obligations change. For questions or a privacy request, use our contact form. Please include enough information for us to understand and respond to your request.
