Refund Policy

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. The product terms shown at purchase and your mandatory consumer rights also apply.

1. Scope

This policy describes the general approach to refund requests for paid software products in the Vibe Cohort portfolio. It does not apply to custom studio projects, which are governed by the payment, cancellation, and acceptance terms in the relevant proposal or service agreement.

2. Product-specific terms

A product may offer a free trial, cancellation window, subscription rules, or a more specific refund policy. The terms displayed for that product or at checkout take precedence over this general policy where they differ. A product-specific policy may provide more generous rights, but it does not reduce rights that applicable law makes mandatory.

3. Case-by-case review

Unless a product states otherwise, refund requests are reviewed individually. We may consider the purchase date, reason for the request, product usage, attempts to resolve a technical issue, the subscription plan, prior refunds, and applicable law.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. We may request information needed to locate the transaction and understand the issue. We aim to respond promptly and fairly.

4. Paddle as Merchant of Record

For purchases where checkout identifies Paddle as the seller, Paddle is the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. Paddle handles payment, tax, invoices, and refund processing for that transaction.

Paddle transactions are also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Paddle processes any approved refund back to the original payment method where possible.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation stops future renewal according to the product's subscription terms. It does not automatically refund charges already paid. Access generally continues until the end of the paid period unless the product terms or support response states otherwise.

6. How to request a refund

Use our contact form and include the product name, purchase email, transaction or invoice reference, purchase date, and reason for the request. Do not send complete payment-card details. For a Paddle transaction, you may also use the support options shown on your Paddle receipt or buyer account.

7. Consumer rights and changes

Nothing in this policy limits statutory cancellation, refund, warranty, or other consumer rights that cannot be waived. We may update this policy as products, billing arrangements, or legal requirements change. The version in effect when you purchased will be considered together with the terms presented for that transaction.
